Weekends: 1st floor room with private bath $125/night double occupancy; all other rooms $105/night double occupancy. Whole house rents for $425/night 8 people minimum of 2 nights. Taxes included

If you are booking the entire house a three week cancellation is required and the down payment is due six weeks in advance of your stay.
